Our average response time for down equipment is 2 – 3 hours. We also respond to non-urgent service calls as quickly as possible, averaging 4 – 5 hours overall response time. When you call us during business hours, you’ll always speak with a live, LOCAL representative who has the ability to make decisions quickly to ensure you get the help you need as soon as possible. We also carry a large inventory of maintenance and repair parts to expedite each service call. If you are down for more than 24 hours, Royal will provide you with a loaner copier or printer at no additional charge.
